Hi mark, i'm working together with some other researchers with Geopsy to analyze single station measurement of 1h for a microzonation study.

We got also Grilla software (just because we got the instruments called Tromino) that is less powerfull than Geopsy, is more oriented to HVSR only, but give in output a very usefull statistical analysis of HV curve, comparing it with the criteria for the reliability of results (the ones indicated by SESAME of course!)

I was surprised that Geopsy doesn't allow to get this analysis in output even if this software package was born under the SESAME project. Maybe there is some files were this statistical analysis were saved for each HV?

I think that this could be very useful.

This is something to be added... often required... and still pending. SESAME project was mainly composed of two groups (not opposing but working separately at least at the beginning): HV and array processing. Geopsy was born in the array group and little by little implemented HV processing as well.

About Tromino instruments, we are currently carrying internal testing of seismometers and acquisition stations. Our first results match the observations of Tasic and Runovc 2010 (Acta Geotechnica Slovenia) comparing Lennartz 5 s and Tromino. We are still seeking the reasons why GPS synchronization (even between two Trominos side-by-side) is not as good as we expected. Amplitude spectra are also not matching those measured by a Lennartz 5s or other accelerometers (MEMs from Cercel). Tests are still running with a STS-2 and other sensors.
