If I save a figures properties to a makeup file, it cannot be used again. I get an error for line 4 that says it is expecting an axis window field and it is getting a graphic sheet. ??

This is a common error with mkup files. There are two types:
- Those built for one graphical object (a plot, a legend,...)
- Those built for a whole graphic sheet
Unfortunately, the type is hidden in the file content. They share the same extension. The first type is generated with a right click on the object. The second with the top menu bar. You must name the files properly to correctly identify them.
