Is it possible to derive the result of only 90% relative threshold with geopsy-fk tool?

As far as I know, a parameter, RELATIVE_THRESHOLD, does the job.
But, the parameter does not change any of the results.
For now, to make left the result over 90%,
I should fix the relative threshold with the gphistogram filter menu, then export the result manually.
Is there any other way to do that?
Below is the parameter that I used to input.

By default 90% threshold is used. So specifying 90% should not change the results. Do you get something different if you set 10%?

Actually I get the identical result with both threshold 10 and 90.
I conduct an additional threshold filter at the filter menu in gphistogram to identify the dispersion.

I thought the parameter and the filter do the same job, don't they?

Strange, I'll check this feature.

You can filter directly from the command line of gphistogram: "-rel-power 0.9", for 90%

Can you show us a few lines of your .max file (data part)? I suspect some issues about the storage of the power.

Effectively, the parameter, the command line argument and the menu do the same task.

The threshold written here is '10' but even when it is '90' the result is same.

N_MAXIMA is set to 1, hence only the very best peak is kept in .max file. RELATIVE_THRESHOLD becomes effective only if there is more than 1 peak selected. By default N_MAXIMA is set to 2147483647 (INT_MAX).
