GeoPsy crashes when attempting to save results

Hi

I'm relatively new to HV and GeoPsy so bear with me if I don't know how to do things quite right yet.

I've been running into problems with GeioPsy crashing when trying to save the results from the H/V tool. Plus I can't report the crash from the crash window that pops up because it says that I'm using an old release despite having the current version.

After using the H/V tool to generate an H/V curve, I wanted to save the data from it. In the H/V Results window, under the Tools dropdown menu, I selected Save Results. After selecting a location to save the .hv file, GeoPsy crashes. This happens every time I try to save the data.

I've attached the crash report in a .txt.

Is there a better way for me to save the H/V data than my current process?

Thanks,
Alex

Hi,

From the crash report, I can read that you were using version 3.3.1. This problem is fixed in 3.3.2 available from download page.
To export results, you may also use geopsy-hv from a terminal. See" -h all" for the details of the available options. Or search ths forum and the wiki, there are other posts related to this tool.

Thanks for the feedback,

I downloaded the newest version and tried again, but Geopsy still crashed. I'll continue looking into more options for exporting data.

Attached is the crash report.

Hi Marc,
I tried today to save the H/V results with 3.3.2, but the program crash.
I don't know why. It happens with all releases with Geopsyland.
I think I'll forced to come back to snapshot 0.0.0. a more stable release.
Luigi

Effectively, this not fixed in 3.3.2 but for 3.3.3
It will be available soon.
