Geopsy Command line Param file issue

Hi Marc,

I have been using Geopsy hv command line to process hv files in batch mode. I made an assembled parameters file for this purpose , as you see in the example I wanted to filter my data and I have anti-triggering on, but when I run this in command line I see that the output stated the "anti-triggering on filter data = N". in general I am not sure if this params file is working effectively and applying all the preprocessing on my data. how can I make sure that data is being filtered and STA/LTA is being applied?

Thank you.
Laleh

Good afternoon!

I had the same problem with an older version of Geopsy. Are you running the last version?

Hi Andrea,

Thanks for your reply.

In the batch mode I'm not using the new versions, as these are old results but I wanted to make sure if the filtering was applied to them and avoid regenerating the results.

Does it work fine with the new version? is there a way that you could try to make sure if it's applying all the paramters?

Thanks

I'm sorry, with my data your parameters in geopsy 3.5.2 just do not pick any window and i don't understand why... even changing some parameters. I did not check them all though.

Good luck!

Andrea

Hi,
When running geopsy-hv, the parameters used for processing are listed in the terminal and in the .log file. In the log file there is also a list of the time windows. Check with the graphical interface for a particular case. Are the number of time windows the same with geopsy-hv and within the GUI? Do they exactly match?
Best regards,
Marc

Hi Marc,

Thank you for your reply.

no they don't match, I remember you checked this previously and it's fixed in 3.6. version which I assume is not out yet. I saw your reply to my other post regarding using the git repository to get the new changes. that should work :) (https://www.geopsy.org/forum/viewtopic. ... aleh#p2036)

thank you,
Laleh
