Thickness and Poisson not taken into account when exporting a .param

Hi,

I tried to go through the Forum searching for a similar problem, but I couldn’t find anything like this.
I realized that when I create a parametrization in Dinver (GUI) and I export it, some key parameters are not saved properly. I realized it both by reimporting the .param file just exported, and by running some tests and checking the .report file. The parameters ignored are:
- Layer thicknesses (reset for all layers from 1 to 100 m)
- Poisson ratio (reset for all layers from 0.2 to 0.5)
I tried with two different versions of Dinver (3.4.2 and 3.5.2), but the behavior is the same.
Maybe I am making a mistake but I don’t see where.
I attach two screenshots showing the original parametrization, and the parametrization I obtain when I export it and reimport it in Dinver.
Thanks a lot,

Ilaria

Hi Ilaria,
I've just tried with the latest code and I could not reproduce your bug.
Can you upload the exported parameter file?
Best regards,
Marc

Apparently I cannot attach .param files in this forum, the format is not accepted.
However, I probably understood what causes the bug. It happens when defining layer thicknesses with decimals (in my case I have defined thicknesses between 0.5 m to 2.5 m). Also the Poisson ratio seems to be restored to the default values when I try to define it with a precision to the second decimal (in my example it was defined between 0.2 and 0.45).
I hope this helps.
Thanks,

Ilaria
