Now, I have 3 sensor to observe microtremor( each sensor can observe 3 component 1 vertical and 2 horizontal (m/s)).I want to know what method in Geopsy program to estimate shear wave velocity.

3 sensors is not so much. Try build_array with a 3-station array to compute the theoretical response (useful to get the aliasing and resolution limits). To get more information about these limits you can read Wathelet et al. 2008. You'll see that the range of validity for such an array is rather restricted (partially due to the poor sampling of the wavefield in space). You can try FK, High resolution FK and SPAC modules, keeping in mind that the results will be valid only in a very restricted frequency range. Better results are usually achieved with more than 6 or 8 sensors.

According to the recorded time (what is the recording length?) you may also try inter-correlations. But this is only partially implemented in Geopsy. There is a module under preparation about it, but nothing currently usable.
