hello,
I am new user of geopsy and new membership in this forums as well, i have installed the latest snapshot, many tings work correctely, but when I try to drop lot of signals for ploting, I have an empty figure (axes with coressbonding time but there isn't a plot).

What do you mean by a lot? 100, 1000 or more signals?
Do you have flat horizontal lines or simply a blank plot? I corrected a bug related to that plot a few days ago, snapshot-20080511 is normally fixed for that problem. What snapshot are you running?

Just to be sure of the correct drag and drop, have you watched the tutorial videos available at http://www.geopsy.org/snapshots.php? In the first one about H/V processing there is a live examples of drag and drop. More details are also given in documentation.

You can safely upgrade to latest snapshot (now 20080517). This bug is corrected.
In your current release you can view the signals by changing the normalization type. In fact, the normalization called "Max. of all traces" is buggy, you must use "Max. of each trace" to display correctly the signals (of course this is slightly different, but at least you can see the traces). To change the normalization, you have to go the properties of the graph (double click on it or right click). Go to tab called "Layers" and to section entitled "Signal layer", there you'll see the normalization property.

What do you mean by "why i can update the snapshots"?

when you correct new bug, why i do for correct this bug in my 20080426 snapshot?.
I believe, that we can update the snapshots like any software. if i am wrong give me lot of explanation please.

Automatic updates is not implemented in Geopsy and there is no project currently in that direction. Users are free to run older versions. If you want to upgrade you must download the latest release. Uninstall the current one and install the new one. Under Mac OS X or Windows, it takes less than a minute. You are warned that a new release is available by the small icon in the bottom right corner. If nothing appears and if you move the mouse there, you will probably see a message like "You are running the latest release". If you are running Linux, you can safely upgrade by applying a patch (lighter than a complete install). Only the affected files are compiled.
