In the &amp;#039;&amp;#039;Frequency sampling&amp;#039;&amp;#039; layout group you can specify the minimum and the maximum (central) frequencies for processing.&lt;br /&gt;
Between these two limits, the frequency axis will then be sampled according to the settings in the next line [[Image:FKFreqSampling.png|250px]].&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
There are two options to be specified, namely &amp;#039;&amp;#039;Step&amp;#039;&amp;#039; and &amp;#039;&amp;#039;Number of Samples&amp;#039;&amp;#039;. For the &amp;#039;&amp;#039;Step&amp;#039;&amp;#039; parameter, there are two options to be selected from a drop box: &amp;#039;&amp;#039;Log&amp;#039;&amp;#039; or &amp;#039;&amp;#039;Linear&amp;#039;&amp;#039;. You might have guessed the meaning right away. When choosing &amp;#039;&amp;#039;Linear&amp;#039;&amp;#039; then the frequency axis is sampled linearly between the given limits and exactly &amp;#039;&amp;#039;Number of Samples&amp;#039;&amp;#039; will be distributed along the axis. Choosing &amp;#039;&amp;#039;Log&amp;#039;&amp;#039; accordingly samples the frequency axis logarithmically, i.e. frequency bands are &amp;#039;&amp;#039;close&amp;#039;&amp;#039; spaced at lower frequencies. &lt;br /&gt;
