Developer comments (common to all duplicates if any)

Possible causes: 1. If raw or rawMax (for Condition profile) is null, it could lead to this crash, however null profiles are carefully checked when creating a run. 2. If dealing with a Condition profile, different depths for min and max profiles 3. Null reference depths...difficult to imagine. Better if I could reproduce it.
