Developer comments (common to all duplicates if any)

Crash cannot be reproduced with current release (2.1.0, 20110112) 1 column export noticed and fixed to 3 columns. FILE structure moved to a QFile to support unicode file paths. Code instrumented for a possible crash, waiting for more information from user experience.
