Re: Correlation analysis
Even more, I think my question is even more simple. How does Geopsy calculate correlations "with a reference signal"? For example if I want to use channel 1 as a reference signal does Geopsy calculate channel 1 respect to channel 2 or channel 2 respect to channel 1? The problem is that I o...

Correlation analysis
Hello, I'm working on correlating noise. We measured noise with a 22 geophone line with 1.5 m distance between geophones and we "caused" the noise walking from and to the first and to the last geophones in order to correlate the noise to obtain the Green Function. When I look at my records...

Re: Pre-processing in ambient noise
Ok. Thank you, I will try this and let you know the results or the new questions.

Re: Pre-processing in ambient noise
1. I mean the trigger was physically connected to channel 24, as we use an electronic device to "close the circuit" and make sure that we trigger all channels by the cost of loosing one channel. And I also meant we wrongly plugged it to channel 24 instead of channel 1. However, I think you...

Pre-processing in linear active source records
Hello, We recorded active source data for two different non synchronized geophone lines. We have some questions. 1.- There was a problem: we plugged our trigger to channel 24 instead of to channel 1  . Is there a way to modify the headers so we can consider channel 24 as channel 1? 2.- We have...

group velocity
Hello, We are working with correlation analysis of surface waves and we have already identify the train waves that we wamt to analyze. We want to estimate the group velocity for these train waves, however we couldn't find how to do it in geopsy. I guess it's possible but we couldn't find how to do i...

Re: save results HV
Hello, I'm interested on the HVfta as I've been working with theoretical ellipticity. However I haven't been able to save the *.max needed in max2curve. I'm working undser windows7 with geopsy 2.7.4 (geopsypack 2.4.2) I have also registered myself to download the HVfta plugin but probably I have to ...
