Re: Thickness and Poisson not taken into account when exporting a .param

Apparently I cannot attach .param files in this forum, the format is not accepted. However, I probably understood what causes the bug. It happens when defining layer thicknesses with decimals (in my case I have defined thicknesses between 0.5 m to 2.5 m). Also the Poisson ratio seems to be restored ...

Thickness and Poisson not taken into account when exporting a .param

Hi, I tried to go through the Forum searching for a similar problem, but I couldn’t find anything like this. I realized that when I create a parametrization in Dinver (GUI) and I export it, some key parameters are not saved properly. I realized it both by reimporting the .param file just exported, a...

Re: joint inversion HV-DC from command line

Dear Marc,

Thanks a lot, I just realized the "add -ellipticity" option of gptarget is active since the geopsy version 3.5.1, while I was working with the 3.4.2. Now it should be fine.
For the ellipticity peak, I'll give it a try by editing the XML.
Thank you.

joint inversion HV-DC from command line

Dear Marc, I would like to test the joint inversion of ellipticity curves and dispersion curves on a large dataset, so I would like to call Dinver from the command line. Should I add my ellipticity curve to the .target file using gptarget? Is there a specific syntax to do that? I have a similar ques...
