Hi Marc,
I understand that in order to plot the ellipticity curve using HVSR-derived 3-component data, Continuous Wavelet Transform (CWT) must be performed using the HV TFA tool found in the "Tools" menu.
So, using the 3-component data I collected (in SAC file format), I extracted a .max file using the default parameters provided.
However, when I applied max2curve from the GeopsyLand mini shell, it returned an error:
“no max result can be loaded.”
I believe this might be due to my lack of experience with the software, so could you kindly guide me through the full process of extracting the ellipticity curve and performing the inversion using it?
Also, it would be greatly appreciated if you could provide an example file.
