FFT analisis
The output is the average value of the smoothed spectrum, the min corresponds to the the average minus one standard deviation, the max is the average plus one standard deviation.
The units are the same as the amplitude of your input signal. To get physical units (m/s, m/s^2,...) you have to provide the correct correction factors (CountToVolt and VoltToUnits data fields). See menu "View/Set data fields" to include those fields in your tables.
