with ground profile I can see VP VS gamma and pitch.
What is pitch?
is it possible to plot the poisson's ratio used in the inversion?

Go to report directory where dinver saves its .report file:

gpdcreport run_01.report -m 1 | gpprofile -nu | figue -mc

To convert Vp, Vs to Poisson's ratio and vice-versa, you can have a look at gppoisson
