Copying signal plots from Geopsy to Figue under Windows

This has been long life bug. Copying signal plots and saving them as page, the results were desperately blank.

It has been fixed for Linux and Mac for some time but under Windows it is still not working with the latest release (Geopsy pack 2.4.0). It will be fixed for the next minor release. Meanwhile there is work around. You have to replace DLL C:\Program Files\Geopsy.org\bin\geopsyfigs0.dll by geopsyfigs0.dll

Do not do that for other releases than Geopsy Pack 2.4.0!
