Re: Geopsy Command line Param file issue
Hi Marc, Thank you for your reply. no they don't match, I remember you checked this previously and it's fixed in 3.6. version which I assume is not out yet. I saw your reply to my other post regarding using the git repository to get the new changes. that should work :) (https://www.geopsy.org/forum/...

Re: Parameter file for H/V batch processing
Hi Marc,
Thanks for looking into this. I need to use the new version then to avoid this issue. I can't see the 3.5.3 or 3.6 for Windows yet, is there a way to get access the newer versions?
Thanks so much,
Laleh

Re: Geopsy Command line Param file issue
Hi Andrea, Thanks for your reply. In the batch mode I'm not using the new versions, as these are old results but I wanted to make sure if the filtering was applied to them and avoid regenerating the results. Does it work fine with the new version? is there a way that you could try to make sure if it...

Geopsy Command line Param file issue
Hi Marc, I have been using Geopsy hv command line to process hv files in batch mode. I made an assembled parameters file for this purpose , as you see in the example I wanted to filter my data and I have anti-triggering on, but when I run this in command line I see that the output stated the "a...

Parameter file for H/V batch processing
Hi Marc, I have been using geopsy-hv to compute my data in batch mode. I have used the attached parameter file, but when I compare the results of .hv from command line vs using the GUI, the values are different. I get more windows numbers using the command line, I am concerned that something is wron...

Re: Windows command line
Hi, I have used the new Geopsy version to calculate H/V, I have compared the results calculated with the same version of geopsy-hv and just using the database vs. listing the files, and I get slightly different values in the number of windows and also the amplitudes after the second decimal number. ...

Re: Windows command line
Hi Marc,
Thanks for the update. I wondered what command I should use now instead of -db for the list of files? I use geopsy-hv -db filename -param filename
what is the modification I should make now? Thanks a lot!

Creating database using command line
Hi Marc, Hope you are staying safe! I was wondering if there is an option to create databases by command line in the new release of the software? I am trying to make HVSR processing as fast as it can be using bash scripts but I still have to create the database using the GUI. also is there an option...

Re: Windows command line
Hi Marc, I wondered if there is any way to create the database for geopsy-hv using the command line instead of using the GUI? When I run only 1 station data using geopsy-hv, it works well but when I give it a larger database consisting of a few more stations it stops. (screenshot attached). Thanks, ...

HVSR frequency band
Hello, I run HVSR on data and filter it for example up to 25 Hz (under the time windows tab). Then I set frequency sampling to 0.5-125 Hz under the output tab. in the HVSR plot, I can still see peaks around 100 Hz, despite filtering signals up to 25 Hz. I am wondering what is the reason for that? do...

Reliable Peak
Hi, when using the H/V method in Geopsy, is the selected peak frequency reliable based on SESAME guideline criteria? or we have to check those criteria ourselves to select a reliable peak? it seems that the amplitude (H/V value) of a reliable peak should be more than 2, which is not the case in the ...

Windows command line
Hi,
I am wondering if I can use Windows command line for some batch processing (e.g. cutting traces for many days)? on the website, it looks like it is only available for Linux users.
Thank you!
