From the bug report, I can see that you are running version 3.4.2. Have you ever tried with 3.5.2?
I can also see that you have a huge amount of cores on your machine. If the bug persists with 3.5.2, you can try to run geopsy with a limited number of threads (8 for example). Inside GeopsyLand, run geopsy from the terminal
